It was a passion for food that brought me all the way to the Pacific Northwest from Florida over 12 years ago.

Classically schooled in pastry from Le Cordon Bleu, I found myself lucky enough to have trained with some of the most talented people in Portland. This includes Marius Pop of the esteemed Nuvrei, as well as Kate McMillen of Lauretta Jean's, & Eloise Augustyn of Sweedeedee. 

After years of working with others and taking in everything I could about food, business operations, and people, I decided to venture out on my own and start Kimberly Amina in 2019. 

I can get restless doing the same thing every day and am beyond thrilled to have the chance to make people custom baked goods that bring them joy. 

 

Because nobody likes bad cake.
